Essential Maintenance Plan
Our Essential Maintenance Plan is our most
economical plan. For as little as $9.99/month you
can protect your furnace or air conditioner. This provides the
essential service you need most to keep you comfortable, healthy
and safe in your home. It's a small price to pay for peace of
mind.
The Essential Protection Plan is designed to ensure your home
comfort equipment (such as a furnace, boiler or air conditioner) gets the attention,
tune-ups, and service it needs to continue to run efficiently,
effectively, and safely. It also provides a 10% discount on all
repairs.
Our Essential Protection Plan includes:
- A scheduled AtlasCare precision tune-up and safety inspection
for each piece of equipment offered, all done the AtlasCare
Way. Separate visits will be made for the furnace and air
conditioner.
- An AtlasCare tune-up performed in March or April for air
conditioners, and August, September, or December for furnaces.
- 24-7 emergency service, guaranteed.
- 10% discount on all repairs.
- 10% discount for seniors.
- Discount on overtime diagnostic charges.
- Monthly pre-authorized payment plan.
Labour and parts for repairs will be charged at regular
prevailing rates using our flat rate price book so you know the
full cost up front. Repairs to covered equipment performed outside
of regular business hours will only be charged at our regular day
rates - not overtime rates. Repairs to equipment
not covered under the Essential Maintenance Plan required outside
of regular business hours will, however, be charged at regular
prevailing overtime rates. Repairs to equipment covered under the
Unconditional Warranty are
governed by the terms of that warranty. Review our terms
