In a recent issue of The Healthy Home Report, we told you about a new computer system we’re implementing at AtlasCare. Well, the launch of the system is upon us and we’re excited to tell you how it is going to help us improve customer care.
Here are a few perks you can look forward to:
- Electronic billing. We’re reducing the paper we produce and send to you.
- We will be able to better match the best available technician with each service call using real-time data from our GPS system.
- Enhanced communication for those who want to bypass the post office and get GC Plan renewals, invoices and other information electronically.
- Fewer errors in our database. Duplicate data entry will be eliminated and bar code scanners will better track part numbers.
- Better access to records as we will be able to attach documents electronically to individual customer accounts. This will be available to all employees.
- Better tracking of equipment warranty so that you get the full coverage to which you are entitled.
- Better security on information as we upgrade to the latest industry standards.
